How to Access

From the Glenn Highway and Parks Highway junction, follow the Parks Highway for approximately 36 miles. Turn right onto Willow Fishhook Road and continue for approximately 3.5 miles. Travelers will turn left onto W. Deneki Drive, then turn left onto W. Michelle Drive. Another left will be taken onto W. Kelly Cir/Kelly Circle. Turn right onto Shadoe Lane with meets with Kenny Blvd. Turn left until the section line, approximately 0.49 mile, that runs along the western boundary of the parcel. The parcel is accessible by this section line easement only, it is not constructed.

Utilities

Electricity is available in the area, but not developed to the parcel. Natural gas is not immediately available to the parcel.

There is no public water or sewer, private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

Muni/Borough Authority

The parcel is within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and is subject to real property taxation and zoning restrictions.

Additional Notes

Th parcel appears to have suitable building sites and wetlands are present on the parcel. The vegetation is consistent with the southcentral region.
