The Trust Land Office strongly urges anyone wishing to purchase a parcel to first review and read all information provided here and to personally inspect the parcel before submitting a bid. The parcel chosen by a bidder is taken “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” with no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to its suitability for any intended use.
