The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust) is soliciting proposals for a competitive grant to develop and administer statewide mini-grant programs that support organizations serving beneficiaries with behavioral health (BH) and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) needs, inclusive of youth enrolled in early intervention (EI). These mini-grants shall fund equipment, supplies, and services that enable beneficiaries to live more independently within their communities.
Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on March 6, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
