How to Access

The parcel is located approximately 50 minutes away from the Fairbanks International Airport. From Fairbanks International Airport, proceed onto Airport Way and travel approximately for 2.5 miles, then turn left toward University Avenue and continue for 0.7 miles. Next, turn right onto Johansen Expressway and follow it for 4.2 miles. Turn left onto AK-2 West, following signs for Fox, and travel 2.6 miles before taking the Chena Hot Springs Road exit. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Chena Hot Springs Road and continue for 20.4 miles. Finally, turn right onto Grange Hall Road and drive 1.4 miles to reach Pleasant Valley and the boundary of MHPAR FM-0537-A.

Electricity is nearby but not developed to the parcel. Public water and sewer are unavailable in the area; residents typically use private wells and septic systems that must meet Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) standards.
