The parcel is located approximately 30 minutes away from the Fairbanks International Airport. From Fairbanks International Airport, proceed on Airport Way and merge onto the Richardson Highway. From the Highway, travelers will continue onto Badger Road for approximately 1.2 miles. Turning left onto Montgomery Road, travelers will continue for approximately 1.0 mile and turn right onto Kinney Road, turning slight left onto Kinney Road, and then turning right onto Nautilus Drive for approximately 1.1 miles. Nautilus Road turns into Jeep Trail. From Jeep Trail, travelers will turn left onto Homestead Road N/King Salmon Way and the parcel is approximately 0.7 miles after the left turn.

Utilities

Electricity is nearby but not developed to the parcel. Public water and sewer are unavailable in the area; residents typically use private wells and septic systems that must meet Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) standards.
