From Anchorage – prospective buyers can access the parcel by heading north on the Glenn Highway and taking the offramp at Highland, Eagle River Loop Road. Traveling approximately 2.6 miles, turn right onto Eagle River Road. From the intersection, travel approximately 4.7 miles and turn left onto Berry Hill Road, then turn right onto White Spruce Drive after 0.2 miles.

Utilities

Electricity is nearby but not developed to the parcel. Public water and sewer are unavailable in the area; residents typically use private wells and septic systems that must meet Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) standards.
