Nikiski is located north of Kenai, AK and is located within the Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB). The area is well known for its recreational fishing, hunting, hiking, and outdoor activities. The town of Nikiski is situated on the northwest portion of the peninsula and in close proximity to well known rivers such as the Kenai River, Swanson River, and Kasilof River.

The parcel is located at approximately milepost 33 on the south side of the Kenai Spur Highway.

How to Access

The parcel can be accessed off the Kenai Spur Highway. There is no developed driveway to the parcel.

Utilities

Electricity is available in the area but not developed on the parcel. Natural gas is not immediately available to the parcel. Enstar gas services terminates near milepost 30 of the Kenai Spur Highway.

There is no public water or sewer, private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

Additional Notes

Th parcel appears to have suitable building sites and benefits from a small lake on the northeast corner. The vegetation is consistent with the southcentral region and the topography of the parcel consists of moderate to steep slopes. Upper elevations of the parcel may offer a view shed of Cook Inlet.
