The parcels are located at the northeast end of scenic Quartz Lake, approximately 12 miles north of Delta Junction.
How to Access
Access is by boat from the public boat landing located at the south end of the lake. The parcels are also accessible by floatplane and may be accessible by ice road during the winter. The lake has receded substantially and the parcels have accreted causing the actual water frontage to be about 1,000’ southwest of the parcels southern survey monuments.
Utilities
There are no public utilities available. Private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.
Muni/Borough Authority
The parcels is located in the unorganized borough and not subject to property taxes or zoning regulations.
Additional Notes
The parcels have well drained soils with vegetation consisting of spruce, birch, and aspen trees. Quartz Lake is stocked by ADFG with Rainbow Trout, Coho Salmon, and Arctic Char.
