The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority has a duty to educate the public and policy makers on beneficiary needs, and coordinate with state agencies on programs and services that affect beneficiaries.
On April 10, 2019 the Trust sent this letter related to proposed changes to the state’s Medicaid program to the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services.
