Location:

Aspenwood Subdivision is located on both sides of the George Parks Highway (Parks Highway), approximately two miles west of Ester and about 10 miles west of Fairbanks. The parcels are located on the north side of the highway.

How to Access

Aspenwood Subdivision parcels are located approximately 12 miles south from the Fairbanks Airport on the AK-3 South (Parks) Highway. Parcels may be accessed on either a developed road or platted access.

This parcel is accessible by Dianthus Road (not constructed).

Utilities

Electricity is available in the area. There is no public water or sewer, private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

Muni/Borough Authority

The subdivision is located in the Fairbanks North Star Borough and is subject to real property taxation and zoning restrictions.

Additional Notes

The parcels have mostly gentle sloping topography and adequately drained soils with vegetation consisting of spruce, aspen, and birch trees. The parcels are mainly south facing with views of the Tanana Basin and Alaska Range.
