The city of Skagway is located approximately 90 miles northeast of Juneau by charter flight or by the Klondike Highway that runs through Canada.

Skagway is generally a quiet city until cruise ships bring tourists to the small town nestled in at the end of the Lynn Canal. The city has a long goldrush history and was an important port during the Klondike Gold Rush. The White Pass and Yukon Route narrow gauge railroad, part of the area’s mining past, still operates during the summer. The port of Skagway is a popular stop for cruise ships, and the tourism is a big part of the business of Skagway.

How to Access

The parcel may be accessed by the Klondike Highway that bisects the parcel. The downhill portion is near Skagway River.

The right-of-way encumbers approximately 1.2 acres from the 7.05 noted. The portion of the parcel adjacent to the river is approximately 1.85 acres.
