Public Comment

There will be a Public Comment period on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 8:40 am to 9:40 am

We encourage you to follow the instructions below to help make the public comment period more efficient and effective. For more details, you can also view our full public comment guidelines.

• Sign up in advance by emailing: public.comment@mhtrust.org
  • Please sign up by 5 PM the night before the meeting.
• Include the following information in your email:
  • Full name
  • Indicate if you will be attending in person or remotely
  • Telephone number
  • Organization (if applicable), and the topic of your public comment
• While pre-registration is not required, we will begin public comment with those who have pre-registered.

Public comments can be provided in person, via Zoom, or submitted in writing to public.comment@mhtrust.org.

Trust bylaws and charters call for a public comment period during all regular meetings of the full board of trustees to allow individuals to inform and advise the board about issues, problems or concerns.
