Public Comment

There will be a Public Comment period. We encourage you to follow the instructions below to help make the public comment period more efficient and effective. For more details, you can also view our full public comment guidelines.

• Sign up in advance by emailing: public.comment@mhtrust.org
  • Please sign up by 5 PM the night before the meeting.
• Include the following information in your email:
  • Full name
  • Indicate if you will be attending in person or remotely
  • Telephone number
  • Organization (if applicable), and the topic of your public comment
• While pre-registration is not required, we will begin public comment with those who have pre-registered.

Public comments can be provided in person, via Zoom, or submitted in writing to public.comment@mhtrust.org.

Trust bylaws and charters call for a public comment period during all regular meetings of the full board of trustees to allow individuals to inform and advise the board about issues, problems or concerns.
