Olnes East Subdivision is located approximately 14 miles north of Fairbanks on the east side of the Elliott Highway near milepost 9. The subdivision consists of residential homes and recreational cabins.

How to Access

The subdivision is located approximately 15 miles north of Fairbanks on the east side of the Elliott Highway. Access to the parcel is by taking the Elliott Highway to approximately milepost 9, then turn onto At Your Own Risk Road to Lundeberg Road to Olnes Loop Road. Olnes Loop Road stops short approximately 400’ from Lot 37, Block 3 and even further from the southern route Olnes Loop Road.

Utilities

Electricity is not constructed to the parcel but may be available in the general area. There are no public water and sewer services available. Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.
