How to Access

Per the Farmview Subdivision Plat 83-1, Totchaket Drive is a dedicated, unimproved road extending from the Parks Highway to each lot. Access by ATV/ORV appears to be practical subject to clearing and seasonal conditions.

Utilities

There are no utilities available to the parcel.  Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

This parcel is located near Nenana. It is in an unorganized borough and not subject to any zoning restrictions.

Additional Notes

The parcel has level topography with adequate drained soils. Vegetation consists of aspen, black spruce, and birch trees.
