The parcel is waterfront and located approximately a mile east on Nanny Bay Road. Turn onto Aurora Drive and the beginning of the Clark Bay View Subdivision is about about .25 miles from the intersection of Nanny Bay Road and Aurora drive.
Electricity is available in the area but not developed tothe parcel. There are no public water and sewer services available. Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.
The property is not assessed as there is no property tax in Hollis, but lies within the Kvichak Recording District.
