The Olnes West Subdivision is located approximately 14 miles north of Fairbanks on the west side of the Elliott Highway. The subdivision is vacant with the closest residences being located about .25 miles away.

How to Access

The Olnes West subdivision is located approximately 15 miles north of Fairbanks on the Elliott Highway. At about milepost 6 on the Elliott Highway, turn onto Vault Drive to Wildcat Creek Way, then to Treasure Street and turning onto Hermit Hill Road and back onto Treasure Street. Treasure Street is constructed partially and ends about .25 mile from the subdivision. Treasure Street is a rough dirt road accessible by ATV or foot.

Utilities

Electricity is available about ½ mile to the south. There are no public water and sewer services available. Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

Muni/Borough Authority

The parcel is located within the Fairbanks North Star Borough and are subject to real property taxation and zoning restrictions. The parcels are zoned RE-4 (Rural Estate, minimum 160,000 square feet lot size).

Additional Notes

The parcel is irregular in shape and have level to moderate sloping topography. The parcels are west facing, providing partial views of the Chatanika River valley, and are mostly well drained with vegetation consisting of spruce and aspen.
