Record of Administrative Decision to Use Trust Funds For Acquisition #2014-92
Notice is hereby given that on August 5, 2014, the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (AMHTA) Board of Trustees (Board) made an Administrative Decision to use $15,800,000 of principal funds from the Trust Authority Development account to form and fund a single purpose entity for the purpose of acquiring, owning and managing a 93,790 square foot office complex in the state of Texas.
Persons who believe that the Administrative Decision of the Board should be altered because it is not in the best interest of The Trust or its beneficiaries must provide written comments on or before 2:30 PM, August 22, 2014. Comments should be submitted to the Trust Land Office, 2600 Cordova Street, Suite 100, Anchorage, AK, 99503, or at www.mhtrustland.org.
