ANCHORAGE, Alaska – The Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office’s (TLO) 2025 Fall Land Sale Auction is now open, with final bids due by November 3, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. (AKST). This year’s land sale auction includes 44 parcels in locations across Interior, Southcentral, and Southeast Alaska that will be sold to the highest bidder. Revenue generated from Trust land sales helps to fund programs and services that support Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (Trust) beneficiaries across the state. Beneficiaries of the Trust include Alaskans experiencing mental illness, developmental disabilities, addiction, Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia, and traumatic brain injuries.
The 2025 sale includes a variety of unique parcels, both on and off the road system, as well as waterfront parcels. Photos, maps, survey details, parcel access, and additional information, including the minimum bid, are available for each parcel on the Trust Fall Land Sale Auction webpage: www.alaskamentalhealthtrust.org/FallLandSale

Policies and procedures for the auction as well as instructions on placing a bid can be found on the sale’s webpage referenced above. Following the bid acceptance period, sealed bids will be opened on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Trust Land Office. The highest bidders may elect to either make a lump-sum payment, or use TLO financing (eligibility requirements apply).
