Notes

The parcel is mostly beach but there is an elevated bench at highway grade. The western portion of the parcel is treed with both alder and spruce trees. A stream flows through the east end of the parcel from a pond located across the Chiniak Highway to the ocean. The uplands appear to be well drained and suitable for improvements.
