The general area is referenced by the small rural community of Salcha, Alaska, near milepost 325 of the Richardson Highway, within the Fairbanks North Star Borough. It is situated between the Shaw Creek Flats,  just north of Big Delta and Eielson Air Force Base.

The parcel is located on Country Road off the Richardson Highway.

How to Access

The parcel is approximately 40 miles south on the Richardson Highway. It can be accessed by turning onto Country Road for approximately 1.6 to 1.7 miles from the  intersection of the Richardson Highway and Country Road. A road has not been developed to the parcel.

Electricity is available in the area, but not developed to the parcel.

Public water and sewer are not available in the area. Water is typically handled by a private well or holding tank and sewer is typically handled by a private septic system which would have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation requirements.

Additional Notes

Vegetation on the parcel includes black spruce, white spruce, cottonwood and some birch trees in more stable soils.
