Partnership Grants

Grants may be awarded to organizations that serve a specific purpose or need that is consistent with the Trust’s mission.

Strategic Plan (Dec 2025)

Strategic plan framework, showing priorities and core commitmentsIn December 2025, the board of trustees adopted a new strategic plan strengthening alignment across Trust grantmaking, partnerships, and asset stewardship—ensuring that every effort is coordinated, strategic, and focused on outcomes that matter to Alaskans. As a part of this process, four key priority areas were identified. These priorities describe where the Trust will direct its focus to strengthen Alaska’s system of care.

Trust Strategic Plan Priorities:

  • Prevention & Early Intervention
  • Crisis Response
  • Treatment & Recovery
  • Ongoing Support and Wellbeing

The Trust has begun the process of implementing its new strategy. During this time, applications for grant funding will continue to be accepted and considered each quarter. Organizations interested in partnering with the Trust are encouraged to review the plan and to identify which priority or priorities their project or initiative advances.
