Access is via North Wolverine Road, a rural road that extends approximately 8 miles from Mile 16 of the Old Glenn Highway. The initial segment is strip paved and in good condition, but the quality of the surfacing and its condition transitions from good to fair to poor. The segment approaching and paralleling the lower portion of the lake is gravel. The final segment is a dirt road.
The parcels are located within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and are subject to real property taxation. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough does not specifically zone within the borough. The parcels are not located within an incorporated city. General land use guidelines are applicable, but non-restrictive.
