Delta Junction is a second-class city approximately 200 miles west of the Canadian border and approximately 85 miles southeast of Fairbanks. The community centers around the junction of the Alaska and Richardson Highways.

The parcel is accessible from an approximately 700’ right-of-way extending west from the Richardson Highway to the parcel’s southwest corner.

The parcels is located in the unorganized borough and not subject to property taxes or zoning regulations.


Electricity is available from Golden Valley Electric Association. There are no public water or sewer services in the area. Private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.


The topography is level and vegetation consists mostly of spruce, birch, and aspen trees. Soils are considered well drained. Surrounding uses include a warehouse and helicopter business.
