MHT 9200756 is located approximately 150’ from the end of W. Kucera Circle with legal access being provided via a section line easement.

MHT 9200712 and MHT 9200715 are waterfront parcels on an unnamed lake between West Lake and Muleshoe Lake. The Lake is 2300’ long and there may be seasonal (summer) access by floatplane or winter access via snow machine.

Municipal Authority


The parcels are located within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and are subject to real property taxation. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough does not specifically zone within the borough. The parcels are not located within an incorporated city. General land use guidelines are applicable, but non-restrictive.

Electricity is in the area. There are no public water and sewer services available. Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

MHT 9200756 has approximately 800’ of waterfrontage on the unnamed lake and MHT 9200712 and MHT 9200715 each have approximately 500’ of waterfrontage. All parcels have vegetation typical of the area and appear to have portions on the eastern side of them that are suitable for improved uses.
