Delta Junction is a second-class city approximately 200 miles west of the Canadian border and approximately 85 miles southeast of Fairbanks. The community centers around the junction of the Alaska and Richardson Highways.

The parcels are accessed via the Richardson Highway, both parcels have frontage on the highway.

The parcels are located in an unorganized borough and not subject to property taxation or zoning regulations.


Electricity is available from Golden Valley Electric Association. There are no public water or sewer services in the area. Private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.


The topography is level and vegetation consists mostly of spruce, birch, and aspen trees. Soils are considered well drained. Surrounding uses include recreational and residential use.
