Access


MHT 9200673 is accessible via boat and floatplane on Bishop Lake. There is also an unmaintained trail on the section line on the east boundary of the property that may be usable for legal access.

MHT9200708 is bordered by private land on the west and north borders and federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on the east and south. The eastern border is approximately 650 ft. from a marginally improved section line, that would require authorization from the BLM to access.

The parcels are located within the Kenai Peninsula Borough and are subject to real property taxation. The Kenai Peninsula Borough does not specifically zone within the borough. The subject is not located within an incorporated city. General land use guidelines are applicable, but non-restrictive to the current use.

MHT 9200673 is mostly level on the eastern side, sloping west towards the water front and has about 650 ft. of water front on Bishop Lake. The parcel is sparsely wooded.

MHT 9200708 is mostly level and densely covered in alder, willow, spruce and birch.
