Lower Cohoe Subdivision is located off the highway on North Cohoe Loop road, approximately 15 miles south from Soldotna on the AK-1 South Highway. The subdivision is adjacent to Lower Cohoe Lake with four of the seven lots having lake access. The Kenai Peninsula is known for recreational fishing, hunting, hiking, and outdoor activities. The surrounding neighborhood consists of rural residential properties and includes commercial and light industrial use.

How to Access

Lower Cohoe Loop Subdivision is located approximately 15 miles south from Soldotna on the AK-1 South Highway and off the highway on North Cohoe Loop road. After about 2 miles north on N. Cohoe Loop Road, turn left onto Fairway Avenue and head west for less than a mile, the subdivision begins at the corner of Herrin Street and Fairway Avenue.

Utilities

Electricity is available to the subdivision. There is no public water or sewer, private wells and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

Muni/Borough Authority

The Lower Cohoe Subdivision is outside of the Kenai Peninsula Borough; however, are subject to State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation regulations for on-site water and waste-water disposal systems.

Additional Notes

The lots in the subdivision are mostly irregular in shape. The parcels are wooded with vegetation typical of the southcentral region. The subdivision is relatively level and gently sloping.
