Nenana is fifty-five miles southwest of Fairbanks and is located near the confluence of the Nenana and Tanana Rivers. How to Access

The parcel is located about 2.5 miles southeast of Nenana and approximately one mile south of the Tanana River. Access is by taking either the Airport Service Road or 9th Street to the east end of the Nenana Airport near the Tanana River. There is an ATV trail that crosses a creek before you join Toklat Way. The creek, depending on season and rain precipitation, can prevent ATV/ORV or walking access. Creek depth may require a boat to cross. From the intersection of Toklat Way and Telsitna Avenue at Lot 13’s southeast corner is another trail that follows an old river channel and goes north and accesses Lot 9. Kantishna Street is not constructed nor is there an existing trail.

Utilities

There are no utilities available to the parcel.  Water is typically handled by private wells and sewer is typically handled by private septic systems which will have to conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) requirements.

This parcel is located near Nenana. It is in an unorganized borough and not subject to any zoning restrictions.

Additional Notes

The parcel has level topography with adequate drained soils. Vegetation consists of aspen, black spruce, and birch trees.
