How to Access

The Berry Patch Subdivision is located off South Point Higgins Road. It is about 13 miles north from the business district of Ketchikan on the North Tongass Highway.  The parcel can be accessed from Bunchberry Lane.


Electricity, telephone, and cable are available to the subdivision. There is no public water or sewer, private water entrapment and septic systems are common in the area and must conform to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).

The Berry Patch Subdivision is located within the South Point Higgins neighborhood. It is a quiet, wooded, neighborhood with friendly neighbors walking their dogs or going to the public beach. South Point Higgins beach, directly in front of the subdivision, offers incredible sunsets, tidepools, and beach coming. Your beach views won’t be blocked by new home developments as the South Point Higgins Public Beach is zoned as public land for open and recreational space and owned by the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
